The company brought in 365 and sent me on a course. At first I thought it would be a waste, however, the things I have learnt have helped me day to day and I don't know what I'd do without the knowledge from the course.

The lecture was very good and understood Project very well, and was able to answer most of our questions and quires. The handout document was very helpful and formed a good source of reference while using Project at work. Unfortunately the course was so good that it did highlight the limitations of Project for use in my industry but I can now work around these and still get the results I need.

We (Junkyard Golf) did the Beginner Excel course with Martin and he was amazing. I had little to no knowledge of Excel and I'm not creating my own sheets and formulas to help with my day to day work. Will definitely be looking to complete the intermediate course. Thanks Martin!

I found the Excel Bespoke Course at Infero to be excellent and exactly the training that I required so that I can implement these skills in my job. I feel the main thing that has directly impacted me so far is the efficiency in conducting analysis and reports. What used to take me hours to do is now taking minutes. This is directly down to the effective manner taught to me by Huseyn in which he related the theory very well with the practice so that it became easier for me to apply in my work life. Examples of what I have learnt from the course coming into practice are advanced formulas, sorting and filtering tables, modifying charts, and I believe macros will play a vital role in the near future too.

Infero Training has supported Alight Design Agency team with Prince 2 Training, cover all aspects of the project management methodology, so that our entire team understands clearly the process and their part within it. The outcome of this has been simply breathtaking, a true transformation in how well and how quickly projects are being delivered, clients are happier than ever with the clarity we deliver to them and our projects always run smoothly, it is an impressive system I strongly recommend both to an individual wanting to improve their project management but also to any Manager wanting to improve and streamline their project management team.

I chose Infero training due to a recommendation from a colleague. The course booking process was easy and straight forward. I chose to do an MS Access course which was on a 1-2-1 basis with the trainer. The 1-2-1 method of training suited me as this meant the course ran at a speed that I was comfortable with. Upon returning to work, I had used my newly gained skills to create databases for the logging of our equipment, this wouldn't have be possible without the training at Infero. The whole experience of using and attending Infero Training has meant that I have placed two of my staff on MS Office courses and I plan to send more staff MS Office training.

I am self-employed and my primary reason for taking the course was to put myself in a better position when negotiating contracts. I was very impressed with the trainer’s knowledge and approach. The day was far more fun and enjoyable than I had expected and I learned things that I can put into practice immediately.

Had a really productive and involving training session on Microsoft Project at Infero training. Course was exactly suited to my needs and delivered by Richard who was fantastic. Highly recommended!

The PowerPoint course that I undertook more than exceeded my expectations, I don\'t use PowerPoint on a day to day basis but wanted to get an overview on how I could get the most out of it for when I need it. My trainer Suada was patient and understanding and she explained everything in an easy to understand format.

We used Infero Training for our Sharepoint training (Site User) course. Most people attending the training had little or no experience using Sharepoint. I myself had no experience with it. They were very helpful in booking the course. Our in house training wasn’t comprehensive enough so we wanted to outsource to someone with expertise. Infero certainly provided this. Very clear and engaging throughout. The trainer was able to answer questions and give specific examples of how Sharepoint could help us to organise ourselves more efficiently. I would recommend Infero for this training.

I was absolutely delighted with the Excel courses that Infero delivered which more than exceeded my expectation. I learnt new ways of using Excel that I can now use in my day to day work to make my work more efficient. Pivot tables were always a mystery to me but now I use them regularly to display HR and Payrol data. I found the trainer (Suada) to be very patient and she explained things in a way that I could understand. It was definitely money well spent and we would not hesitate in recommending Infero as a trainer.

I have just recently changed jobs and thought it was about time I got my excel skills up to speed. Although I have been using Excel for a number of years I found that attending the intermediate course very useful. It has given me a better understanding of Excel and now I am more confident in using it. Samer was a great tutor and made what could have been a boring day a little more interesting.
